Arm is leading the vision to unlock a broad ecosystem of silicon required for AI, data centers, mobile, compute, and IoT! As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you will drive the development of advanced design methodologies, automation frameworks, and RTL integration strategies that enable scalable and high-quality SoC design. This role is ideal for experienced engineers passionate about front-end design automation, RTL integration, architectural exploration, and AI-assisted flows.

  • Own RTL integration, partitioning, stitching, and restructuring across complex SoCs.
  • Implement CDC/RDC methodologies, clock generation schemes, and timing constraints for large-scale designs.
  • Develop and enhance front-end automation flows that improve design productivity, scalability, and quality.
  • Apply machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques to predict bottlenecks, improve timing closure, and accelerate optimization cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with SoC architects, front-end/verification teams, and CAD engineers to influence architectural trade-offs and ensure integration quality.
  • Prototype flows with external EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) and integrate them into production environments.
  • Drive data analytics and dashboarding solutions for tracking design health, integration metrics, and signoff readiness.
  • Bring 4-8 years of experience in front-end RTL integration, SoC partitioning, stitching, and design restructuring.
  • Have hands-on expertise in CDC/RDC verification, clock generation, and timing constraints development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Python, C++, Ruby, Go, and general scripting for flow development and algorithm design.
  • Possess strong understanding of CAD algorithms, data structures, RTL methodologies, and SoC architecture concepts.
  • Have practical experience with EDA toolchains (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) in front-end flows.
  • Are familiar with machine learning, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and generative AI methods applied to design optimization.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
  • Knowledge of distributed processing, cloud workflows, and database-driven automation.
  • Proven ability to work on evolving problem statements with strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multi-functional, global teams.
  • Passion for building the next generation of AI-accelerated SoC design methodologies.
  • Ownership of high-impact projects across global design teams.
  • Mentorship and collaboration opportunities with leaders in EDA, methodology, and architecture.
  • A competitive pay and benefits package, along with Arm's flexible hybrid working environment.
