About The Position

The Design Associate at Majestic is a dual-role position that combines sales and design responsibilities, focusing on finished basements, kitchens, and bathrooms. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, onboarding clients, and ensuring that design expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Design Associates will work closely with clients to create renderings and selections, while collaborating with the project coordination team for production tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or Architecture.
• 5+ years of design experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Experience with Chief Architect or similar design software.
• Familiarity with BuilderTrend.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5-7 projects committed to Majestic and manage sales leads weekly.
• On-board potential clients using BuilderTrend.
• Create 2D and 3D renderings using Chief Architect.
• Conduct selection meetings and manage selection procurements.
• Maintain general communication with clients throughout the project.
• Meet on-site for project milestones and during production.
