Design Associate

The position involves assisting the Design Consultant in scheduling, preparing, and following up with design services for Havertys customers. The role includes attending clients' homes to ensure proper furniture placement and color coordination, as well as recommending additional furniture and accessories as needed. The individual will also assist the Design Consultant with in-store engagements and appointments, and may involve sales training directly on the sales floor to understand the customer engagement process.
