Requirements

• 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience.
• Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Hold a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
• Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Production Manager.
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Production Manager for smooth project execution.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
