Requirements

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in design preferred.
  • Experience: Three to five years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Drafting and proofreading skills are a plus.
  • Low physical demands required; must be able to sit for sustained periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple Interior Designers by assisting with floor planning, creating pricing and proposals, and learning basic AS400 functions.
  • Engage with clients on the sales floor, understand their needs, and offer design solutions.
  • Build confidence in sales skills and manage follow-up with clients.
  • Run projects from start to finish as a full-time Interior Designer, building relationships and managing every step of the design process.
