About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Design Assistant to join our team for a one-year contract. The Design Assistant will be responsible for supporting our design team in creating visually appealing and effective training materials and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective training materials, including presentations, infographics, and videos.
Assist with the design and layout of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit graphics and layouts.
Research and gather visual references and inspiration for design projects.
Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure design projects are completed in a timely manner.
Assist with maintaining and organizing design files and assets.
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
