Primary Purpose: Design Assistant, Print will work with the Senior Print Designer to help initiate concepts and create artwork for special projects, accessories, collaborations and in-store collateral across all design categories. You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will collaborate with talented designers and cross-functional partners in the business. The position reports to Senior Designer, Special Projects Print. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Design to... Create prints and graphics through inspiring and highly creative research and ideas Ensure consistent alignment with design and brand vision Create CADs of prints for in-house presentations Create artwork appropriately for the product, color separate and prepare in the correct format depending on factory requirements Create digital and physical presentation boards for meetings and ensure work is kept up to date Work proactively according to development calendar to stay ahead of timelines Partner with cross-functional departments within design, product development, materials, merchandising, and legal teams Remain agile and adaptable, and available to support the wider Print Team when needed
