Assist the Senior Colorist with all day-to-day color development, and color process. Communicate and support design, production, and merch teams with color related requests. Maintain and update color palettes in Illustrator and on digital boards across divisions and seasons. Organize and maintain color library. Ensure all color names and numbers remain consistent across all palettes and digital boards. Order color materials and standards from vendors. Organize and assist in maintaining seasonal color dips and strike offs by category. Prepare and send packages to cross functional partners, and suppliers. Support the preparation, research and development of color, concept & cad for each season. Assist the Concept Designer at seasonal deadlines including concept presentations, internal lookbooks, and cross functional projects. Perform administrative tasks related to the end-to-end color and concept process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, or Art. Ability to see color. Foundational technical knowledge of color theory and design research. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills, especially strong attention to internal color codes, standards, and color names. Proficiency in Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign. Strong follow-up abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Requirements
