Visit Our People page to learn more about Tapestry's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.    Our 12-month Design Apprentice Program will give recent graduates or early career individuals the opportunity to collaborate with our talented design teams to learn all aspects of the design process. We offer training and learning sessions to give exposure to leaders and provide a big picture understanding to our business. The design apprentices also have the opportunity to present a final project to design leaders across all of the brands.   Primary Purpose: As a digital product design apprentice, you will be part of an industry leading, innovation team. Collaborating closely with DPC team members, designers, product development and other cross functional teams, you will develop digital twins & print prototypes across Tapestry’s house of brands and product categories. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency while also receiving mentorship and day-to-day support to… Experience all aspects of Digital Product Creation at Tapestry

  • Create 3D models in a variety of software, including but not limited to, Rhino, Modo, Clo3D & Blender
  • Render and visualize 3D models in Adobe Substance and beyond
  • Prep, print & hand finish 3D prints using the latest 3D printers and post processing tools
  • Learn DPC best practices including project and file management and maintenance
  • 1+ years of work/internship digital design experience: modeling, visualizing and or 3D printing; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Technology savvy
  • Proficiency in Adobe products including Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Strong collaboration skills & excellent ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize
