The candidate will demonstrate and promote the company vision while showcasing strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration. Responsibilities include proactive planning and multitasking to maximize productivity, meeting quality and productivity metrics, and maintaining regular attendance and punctuality. The role requires a technical understanding of building construction and engineering, with demonstrated experience in managing the full-project life cycle from bidding through completion. The candidate will diagnose problems, propose solutions, manage staff and outside contractors, and read, understand, and execute construction specifications and plans. Additionally, the role involves managing construction budgets, multiple projects concurrently, and effective communication with internal and external contacts. The candidate will conduct all activities safely and efficiently, assist in managing subcontractors, review construction drawings for accuracy, represent the owner in project meetings, review pay applications, and participate in continuing education. Other duties include assisting in designing new or renovated building spaces, participating in Real Estate due diligence, managing purchasing of equipment or fixtures, and supporting senior project management.
