Additionally, the candidate will manage construction budgets, handle multiple projects concurrently, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts. The position also involves conducting activities safely and efficiently, assisting in managing subcontractors, reviewing construction drawings for accuracy, representing the owner in project meetings, and participating in continuing education.
