About The Position

The purpose of this role is assisting the Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Design & Construction Team with daily administrative functions and office duties. Responsibilities include: Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility Demonstrates and promotes the company vision Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration Regular attendance and punctuality Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software and specialty software packages Strong computer skills Strong organization skills Willing to learn new tasks as assigned Ability to prioritize work on several concurrent activities Ability to communicate professionally with both written and oral techniques Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts Manage project equipment/supply orders and invoicing Manage department credit card reconciliation and cross-charge reports Capture and transcribe notes and action items from project meetings Communicates effectively with client staff members Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, related experience helpful
  • Work independently
  • Self-motivation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
