About The Position

We are a fast-pace and growing privately owned dermatology group located in OR and WA. We are expanding and are looking for a responsible, self-motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to help grow our practice. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) scope of practice includes the independent diagnosis, treatment, management, and the performance of dermatologic procedures. The Nurse Practitioner will provide dermatology care, including but not limited to examining and diagnosing skin-related health concerns, administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and is responsible for making independent medical judgment decisions and discussing any difficult or challenging cases/situations with the physician.

Requirements

NP licensed
1+ yrs experience and ability to function as a provider
Ability to evaluate and manage complications
Professional appearance and demeanor
Caring and EXCEPTIONAL Customer service experience
Ability to evaluate patient concerns
Able to write prescriptions
Ability to reach patient satisfaction and follow up accordingly
Ability to follow HIPPA, all patient privacy and other health codes
Ability to recommend treatments and products to benefit the patient
Ability to assist patients throughout consultations to identify their goals and help them decide the correct procedure to achieve optimal results
Ability to ensure the safety of clients at all times
Ability to provide answers to pre-treatment and post-treatment questions
Ability to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction
Ability to provide high-quality service by following protocols at all times
Ability to perform additional duties as assigned to support practice
Ability to support back office with medical questions, concerns and patient follow ups

Nice To Haves

Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a licensed practitioner in the field of Dermatology
Primary Care NP are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
