The Sales Representative will be responsible for overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building, and fostering client relationships, and ensuring the effective presentation of our client's products to meet/exceed sales/forecast and goals. Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities for growth and help formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals. Grow the business through the education of current and new referral sources. Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities to grow the referral customer base and help formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
  • 2+ years sales of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Dermatology and/or Specialty Sales experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends for coverage of events
  • Documented, proven track record of success
  • Self-motivated with strong performance orientation; expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building success
  • Referral Based sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize activities to ensure effective coverage of territory and follow up of qualified leads
  • Working cross functionally with various business units including inside sales to validate sales leads being generated
  • Grow the business through the education of current and new referral sources
  • Establish relationships and develop rapport with designated health care professionals and key partners
  • Develop strategies to obtain office access and customer engagement
  • Attend conventions and speaker programs
  • Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities to grow the referral customer base and help formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals
