About The Position

Under supervision, assist in identifying and recruiting patients for clinical studies. Assist where needed for short-term projects. Administer study questionnaires, enter computer data into files, abstract charts, assist with other study duties as required. The position maintains a collaborative relationship with Investigators, inter-departmental staff and other research staff. The position also involves processing and shipping lab specimens. Ability to multi-task in a busy environment is a must.

Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Social Science or related field.
• Some research experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all required duties for assisting research staff with recruiting, enrolling and following patients on clinical trials.
• Adherence to all local, state and federal research regulations
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all studies.
• Assist with IRB processing and submissions
