Practice Highlights: General outpatient dermatology practice with mostly medical dermatology (no cosmetic) Full time position; flexible scheduling Team currently includes 1 physician supported by dedicated staff Competitive compensation, benefits, CME and personal leave Primary Responsibilities: Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for the treatment of dermatology care related health problems Practice evidence-based medicine Obtains detailed history and develops patient care charts; performs physical examinations and evaluations on assigned patients; assesses and treats medical problems and provides direct patient care to patients Practices in accordance with the respective state laws and regulations governing the practice of advanced practice nursing/ physician associate You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • Must have previous dermatology experience
  • Master’s degree in nursing with advanced skills in physical assessment OR Possession of a Bachelor’s degree, together with a certificate from completing an American Medical Association approved physician associate program
  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon, or able to obtain
  • Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date.
