About The Position

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll work closely with our providers, supporting patient visits, procedures, scribing, cosmetic treatments, and more.

Requirements

• This is a full-time role (no part-time, internship, or summer positions available).
• We seek individuals who are willing to go above and beyond for our patients while working well with the team.
• Gap-Year (at least 18 months) are encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical or dermatology practice and customer service is preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth patient visits by anticipating and responding to patient needs.
• Prepare patients for exams, manage medical records, and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assist providers with medical exams, surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments.
• Serve as a medical scribe, documenting patient details in real-time using our advanced Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as verifying patient demographics, scheduling, processing prior authorizations, and responding to appointment inquiries.
• Adapt to changes in patient volume and clinic resources, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
