Anne Arundel Dermatology (AAD) is a premier, physician-led group serving communities across seven states for 50+ years. We’re seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our thriving, established practice in Rockville, Maryland.

Requirements

Comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-paced clinical setting with strong support
Committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care in a team-based environment
Interest in long-term practice growth and building a loyal patient panel
Values both productivity and patient-centered outcomes
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of Dermatology Residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.
Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD)
Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain
Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and (CDS) for prescription writing

Responsibilities

Turnkey practice: Full schedule day one with a loyal patient base
Work–life balance: Flexible scheduling; up to 6 weeks PTO + 2 weeks CME
Modern facilities: EMA EMR; strong clinical infrastructure
Efficient support: Dedicated, trained MAs who also serve as scribes
Your practice, your way: General dermatology with optional excisions and cosmetics (never required)
