Full-Time Dermatologist Job in Northern New Jersey Near Millburn Job-8041 Accepting 2026 Dermatology Resident applications! A highly reputable, physician-led medical group in northern New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join their thriving practice. Position Highlights: Four-day-per-week schedule designed to support work-life balance Practice a mix of general / medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology Immediate patient volume with 30–35 patients per day Two dedicated medical assistants assigned to each physician EMA / EMR system to streamline clinical efficiency Experienced front desk and administrative staff in place Robust internal referral network from other physicians within the group Competitive compensation package with a first-year guaranteed base salary Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, CME and malpractice insurance Potential sign-on bonus for the right candidate Shareholder opportunity available Why This Practice?
