About The Position

Anne Arundel Dermatology (AAD) is a premier, physician-led group serving communities across seven states for 50+ years. We’re seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our thriving, established practice in Rockville, Maryland. Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Dermatology Residency at an accredited healthcare institution
• Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD)
• Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and (CDS) for prescription writing
• Comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-paced clinical setting with strong support
• Committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care in a team-based environment
• Interest in long-term practice growth and building a loyal patient panel
• Values both productivity and patient-centered outcomes

Responsibilities

• Turnkey practice: Full schedule day one with a loyal patient base
• Work–life balance: Flexible scheduling; up to 6 weeks PTO + 2 weeks CME
• Modern facilities: EMA EMR + Phototherapy suite; strong clinical infrastructure
• Efficient support: Dedicated, trained MAs who also serve as scribes
• Your practice, your way: General dermatology with optional excisions and cosmetics (never required)
