About The Position

Description Dermatology Opportunity in Willmar Minnesota! CentraCare Dermatology is looking for a board certified/board eligible dermatologist to join our outpatient practice in beautiful Willmar, Minnesota. Full range of general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology at our CentraCare Willmar-Main Clinic. Join our collaborative team of two dermatologists who provide exceptional, high quality of care to our community and outreach locations. Newly trained physicians are welcome to apply, opportunities for mentorship available as you transition into practice. Four day work week to support work life balance with a busy practice The practice currently seeks candidates with a strong primary interest in clinical dermatology, with a smaller emphasis on surgical procedures. Full spectrum practice, enjoy the autonomy to focus on clinical areas of interest Extensive support staff to commensurate patient volumes, collaborative relationships with other specialties Clinic space and equipment including light therapy and laser for medical and/or cosmetic practice Mohs Certification/Fellowship welcomed but not required Employed-position, based within a physician-led, financially sound, and growing health care system Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $420,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $420,000 - $530,000 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
