About The Position

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Dermatologist with Dermatopathology training to join a thriving private practice near Tacoma, Washington. This unique position offers the opportunity to split responsibilities between clinical dermatology and dermatopathology, providing both direct patient care and pathology expertise. The practice is established, physician-led, and features a supportive team of dermatologists, advanced practitioners, and staff. This role offers a balanced split between dermatology clinic and dermatopathology, with an opportunity for partnership track and long-term growth.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Dermatology
• Fellowship training in Dermatopathology required
• Licensed (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington State
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology (as desired)
• Interpret dermatopathology specimens and collaborate with referring providers
• Participate in quality care initiatives and maintain high standards of patient care
• Build and maintain a strong patient panel within a supportive, collegial environment
