About The Position
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Mohs Dermatologist to join our team in Wenatchee, WA. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule with options for a four-day or five-day workweek. The role involves a mix of Mohs surgery and general dermatology, providing a strong potential for growth in your Mohs practice. You will be joining a collaborative team of seven dermatologists, one dermatology Advanced Practice Provider (APP), and one Mohs surgeon, all dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients. In your first year, you will receive a salary guarantee based on the MGMA/AMGA median, transitioning to RVU production in the second year. The starting salary range will be determined based on your training, experience, and certifications, with actual salaries varying according to individual qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a bonus prior to your start date and up to $20,000 in relocation expenses, including packing costs. A matching 401k plan will be available upon your start.
