Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience
• B.S Degree in Finance or related discipline
• Experience with interest rate derivatives, FX, and compliance KYC tasks
• Impeccable attention to detail and consistent accuracy
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, including proactive customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, adapt, and complete tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time)

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact/first response for both client and internal operations-related inquiries
• Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) and FX new trade validation, IRD, FX and Commodity Derivatives GTR Reporting, IRD Confirmation generation and delivery
• IRD Reset Notice generation and delivery, IRD and FX End of Day processing, IRD Month end processing including generation and delivery of numerous client reports
• DerivativeEDGE System Entity/Users setup & distribution lists
• Legal Entity Identifier registration, renewal, and client inquiry support
• Pre-trade compliance documentation support and generation
• Internal KYC gathering and support for eventual sign-off by our internal compliance team
• Counterparty/Documentation Tracking & Maintenance
• IRD and FX DTCC onboarding/account set up
• IRD Legacy portfolio onboarding
