About The Position

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance control frameworks across Derivatives Clearing. Oversee projects aimed at identifying, managing, and mitigating operational risk. Monitor and analyze client activity through reporting tools to ensure adherence to firm standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure client-facing teams and clients understand new rules, regulations, and sanctions impacting transactions and portfolios. Act as an operational subject matter expert for products, processes, and client strategies to support sales and relationship management teams in pitching, winning, and maintaining mandates. Engage directly with clients to provide education, insights, and best practices across a broad array of products and markets. Work closely with Ops and Tech teams to ensure platform stability, enhancements, and alignment with client needs and industry requirements. Act as the main liaison for operational efficiencies, risk mitigation, regulatory impact, and platform implementation. Maintain deep knowledge of Clearing & Prime Brokerage platforms. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $200,000 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and present updates to senior stakeholders
  • Quantitative, analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Strong team-player and collaborator, enthusiastic, motivated
  • Ability to work autonomously; self-starter
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Extensive clearing, futures or cleared swaps, experience required (10+ years)
