The successful candidate for this position will have a strong passion and understanding of program management, development of roadmaps and optimizing resources supporting DoD customers. As a valued contributor to our team your responsibilities will include (1) managing program budgets, tracking expenditures and forecasting financial needs; (2) orchestrating stakeholder engagement, presenting project progress, technical challenges, and milestone achievements to leadership and key customers; (3) encouraging team collaboration to identify creative solutions for complex engineering challenges; (4) review and approve streamlined development and engineering workflows by integrating project management tool (Jira), enhancing team transparency and accountability.
