About The Position
The Deputy Superintendent of School Improvement is a cabinet-level leader who drives the vision, coherence, and implementation of academic, cultural, and organizational transformation across Proviso Township High Schools District 209. This role leads all aspects of school leadership development, instructional improvement, educator evaluation, professional learning, SEL, and MTSS. The Deputy Superintendent ensures a cohesive approach to student success by aligning district priorities with evidence-based practices, strong leadership pipelines, and equitable systems of support.
