The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney has an opening for a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II in the Civil Division. Duties of this position include representing the county in litigation, providing legal advice to county departments and elected officials, contract review and other duties as assigned. Five years of experience, including civil litigation and trial experience, is required. Can discuss opportunity to work remotely up to half time. The ideal candidate will have the following strengths: Experience working with municipal governments All facets of litigation Contract negotiation and review Experience working with administrative agencies or boards, and on administrative disputes Experience working with law enforcement agencies The successful candidate's salary will be dependent on qualifications and related experience.
