About The Position

Contingent upon Contract Award. The Deputy Project Manager is the key operational enabler supporting the clinical team in the delivery of the capability set out within the contract. The role is the key practical interface in the provision of personnel, logistic and operational integration with external agencies. This role works with the Project Manager in close collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer to lead the site management team to ensure the highest level of services are delivered to the client within the contractual and legal requirements. This position is based in Israel.

Requirements

  • Project management and/or leadership experience, preferably in a challenging geographical location.
  • Experience of working in a busy medical clinic essential.
  • Have fluency in both oral and written English.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Knowledge of clinical administrative processes.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical administrative processes.
  • Excellent IT skills including use of electronic medical records systems .
  • Computer skills and the ability to operate MS Office with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending/stooping, kneeling, twisting.
  • Visual acuity. Minimal hearing loss.
  • Push/pull/carry minimum 50 lbs.
  • Obtain medical clearance and maintain current immunizations.
  • Must be able to relocate to Israel.
  • A valid U.S. passport is required and must be in your possession prior to relocation. You must maintain a current passport during your stay in Israel.
  • Able to obtain a USG Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day medical services operations and as the direct interface with Prime Program Management.
  • Support the administration, conduct and performance of all staff, including leave and rest, duty rosters, staff discipline, pay and allowances, travel, security, appropriate insurance cover, medical and general welfare of the contracted staff.
  • Assist with coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules .
  • Support Program Manager to oversee facilities ongoing training plan .
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues .
  • Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards as directed .
  • Assist Program Manager with status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information .
  • Support effective project communication plans and ensuring its execution .
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget .
  • Monitor that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies are implemented and followed by all staff .
  • Assist with managing customer satisfaction within project transition period .
  • Assist with conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements .
  • Assist Program Manager in developing yearly budgets .
  • Assist with deliverables including but not limited to Daily Personnel Status Report and Monthly Financial Reports.
  • Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.
