We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support our Navy customer in Port Hueneme, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Navy Programs with Systems Engineers and experience with Navy Combat systems.

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ Program Management experience supporting US Navy Combat and/or Weapons Systems.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts.
• Lead a sub-program / Task to support a larger program that consists of multiple contractors.
• Ensure technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are met by your assigned task.
• Work with company leadership to ensure overall contract success.
