About The Position

Supports the Program Manager in contract execution at FLETC Glynco, GA, supervises daily operations, and ensures continuity of leadership when the PM is unavailable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of management experience, preferably in federal contracting.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Experience supporting training, logistics, or scheduling functions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of operations and logistics.
• Supervise and direct scheduling, administrative, and logistics staff.
• Act as PM delegate when required.
• Monitor performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to risk management and process improvement.
