Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in program management and coordination.
  • Proven team leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong customer relations and communication abilities.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD programs and operations.
  • Proficiency in budget oversight and financial management.
  • Skilled in process improvement and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Senior leader supporting program execution, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and milestones for BIM task order
  • Monitor program performance to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Track deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Ensure contract compliance by maintaining adherence to agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Direct daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of program activities.
  • Lead teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
