Requirements

Eight (8) years of relevant experience.
Expertise in program management and coordination.
Proven team leadership and collaboration skills.
Experience in contract management and negotiation.
Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
Strong customer relations and communication abilities.
Must have an active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with DoD programs and operations.
Proficiency in budget oversight and financial management.
Skilled in process improvement and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

Senior leader supporting program execution, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and milestones for BIM task order
Monitor program performance to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
Track deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
Ensure contract compliance by maintaining adherence to agreements and regulatory requirements.
Manage risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
Direct daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of program activities.
Lead teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
