L3Harris is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead multi-functional teams in the execution of Tactical Missions Division programs and will be responsible for leading programs within assigned area. Additionally, the Deputy Program Manager will be expected to assist in directing all phases of the follow-on program from proposal to contract award. A background with experience leading development and complex Agile software development programs with geographically dispersed teams is strongly preferred for this position. The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned programs and proposals by leading teams including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Quality, Security, and others. Program Managers are expected to demonstrate team building, leadership, and communication skills by building relationships of trust with their teams, customers, peers, and leadership, and to effectively communicate with confidence including regular presentations and status updates to leadership.
