The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Open Source Integration Center's Enterprise-Wide (OSINT) Knowledge Support (EWOKS) Task Order. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective administration and operation of OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Deputy PM will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Open-Source Tasking Collection Processing Exploitation and Collection (TCPED), overseeing the contract staff's support to the DIA/OSIC. The program encompasses four main tasks: collecting and reporting, technical TCPED solutions/infrastructure, governance/training/tradecraft, and program management. In this position, you will provide programmatic leadership and management to Team Leads located in Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; and Patrick Space Force Base, FL, while also coordinating with OSINT SMEs throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Your responsibilities will include ensuring the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the Task Order (TO), serving as the primary point of contact for Government Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs) and the Leidos Program Management Office (PMO). You will directly contribute to various program efforts, including cost management, schedule estimation, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining program management documentation, providing programmatic input aligned with program priorities and product roadmaps, and supporting Task Order leads in resolving technical and management issues that may hinder successful product delivery. You will also assist the Program Manager in identifying and supporting internal and external dependencies as needed.
