BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Integrated Defense Solutions team on an exciting program supporting the U.S. Navy's next generation of strategic deterrence. Serving as our Deputy Program Manager of System Definition and Management reporting into the Program Director for Systems Engineering, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and technologists in executing system definition and management activities spanning systems engineering policy and process definition, design review planning and conduct, requirements management, architecture definition and management, and interface definition for current and future large-scale strategic missile systems.
