About The Position

What You’ll Experience:
Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions in hardware, software, and networking.
Communicate regularly with senior leaders and government officials to ensure program success.

Participate in managing change processes through Configuration and Control Board activities.
Build strong relationships with program teams and government staff.
What You Bring to the Table:
Expertise in Red Hat Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
Familiarity with Scrum or SAFe methodologies (SAFe certification preferred).
Strong grasp of Raise the Bar (RTB) Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) requirements.
Exceptional communication and project management skills, including system security experience.
Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field.
• Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
