About The Position
The position involves managing the crib distribution window and ensuring crib security. The individual will be responsible for tool and equipment collection, organization, and general maintenance of the tool crib. This role also includes skill development of manpower working in the store and managing the tool inventory of the organization. The individual will collect and maintain tools while keeping detailed records of tool transactions. Exposure to ISO, TS, TPM, OHSAS, SHE, and ISO45001 is a must. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for overall tool crib operations, developing and overseeing policies and procedures related to the acquisition, storage, use, and disposal of tools. Documentation of indirect inventory such as PCS and GR is also required. The role includes improving the 5S score and ensuring TPM activity in the tool crib and CTS while maintaining a safe environment on the shop floor.
