About The Position

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables• Understand basic knowledge about TCF activities like plugging, wiring, part fitment , sealing , cargo-chassis fitment , its related tools , maintenance history and SOP's• Ability to design and develop new control systems like  advanced process control (APC), distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA). • Prepare troubleshooting guide for SCADA.• Ensure that all electronic maintenance processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.  • Make sure that routine maintenance of equipment and machinery is done on time• Responsible for diagnosing faults and take help of superiors in case of time-critical repairs. • Prepare  preventative or emergency maintenance.• Responsible for  development  of processes , improving production facilities, and reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns • Assist your supervisor in developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.• Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.• Diagnose breakdown problems and carry out quality inspections on jobs. • Monitor and control maintenance costs by controlling maintenance stores. • Test, modify and maintain  existing systems by troubleshooting and problem-solving.  • Organize programs for knowledge sharing on new technology trends.• Responsible for maintenance of automation equipments with electronics controls. • Maintain  automation equipments with electronics controls

Requirements

  • Full time BE in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
  • 6 to 10 years of worke experience in maintenance of vehicle assembly line
