Through products like biometric hardware, privacy-preserving identity systems, and consumer applications, the platform enables individuals and developers to participate in digital ecosystems with trust, security, and ownership. The company is seeking a Deputy General Counsel, Commercial to lead and scale its global commercial legal function. This role sits at the center of the company’s growth initiatives, supporting strategic partnerships, integrations, and high-impact transactions across a rapidly expanding global platform. The position will own end-to-end commercial contracting, including structuring and negotiating complex agreements, advising on transaction strategy, and managing high-stakes negotiations. The role also partners closely with business, product, and operational teams to move initiatives forward efficiently while maintaining sound risk judgment. In addition to leading key transactions, the role is responsible for building the commercial legal function—developing scalable processes, playbooks, and systems to support increasing deal volume and complexity. This includes improving contracting workflows, implementing tooling, and establishing frameworks that enable the business to operate with greater speed and clarity. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial and technology transactions, along with a track record of leading complex deals and building legal infrastructure within high-growth environments. You are comfortable operating across strategy and execution, advising senior stakeholders, and translating legal complexity into clear, business-oriented guidance.
