About The Position
Under executive direction of the Fire Chief, this position is responsible for assisting the Fire Chief in the direction of all employees and activities of the Fire/Rescue Department. Duties include supervising the Division Chiefs, responding to emergency incidents, coordinating the activities of the Hazardous Materials Team, and reviewing official documents that pertain to the Fire Department. Work is reviewed through conferences and written reports for results obtained.
