About The Position
Rockland Children's Psychiatric Center (RCPC); a Joint Commission accredited Office of Mental Health (OMH) facility, is recruiting a Deputy Director, Psychiatric Center 1 - Quality Management (DDPC 1 - QM) to oversee their Quality Management Program. The DDPC 1 - QM is an essential member of the facility's Executive Management Team. Under the general direction of the Executive Director and in close collaboration with the facility leadership team at RCPC, the DDPC 1 - QM participates in developing, implementing, interpreting, and evaluating the facility's mission, goals, and policies and how they impact the care and clinical treatment provided to the youth and families they serve. The DDPC 1 - QM is responsible for supervising all departments assigned to the Quality Management Program - program evaluation, risk management, utilization review, health information management, and staff development. Ensuring compliance with OMH, The Joint Commission (TJC), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and external regulatory agencies standards, cultural competence, and continuous quality improvement. Ensuring high-quality and effective care in both inpatient and outpatient programs.
