About The Position
As the Deputy Director, Partnerships for Impact, you will report to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chief People Officer (CPO) in the combined HR/DEI function as part of the Business Operations division. Your primary focus will be to provide visionary leadership in developing a new learning program to equip Program Officers at the Gates Foundation with the tools and resources needed to translate our strategy goals into high-impact partnerships and investments that reflect our values, the perspectives of those closest to the communities we serve and support enduring impact. This will be a holistic PO learning and resources program that consolidates enterprise-wide good practices, knowledge and tools to equip investment makers to apply our partnerships philosophy to effective grantmaking. The DD, Partnerships for Impact, will lead a small, dedicated team and oversee all aspects of the design and implementation of this new program.
