The Deputy Director of Programs at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) is responsible for overseeing and implementing all direct service programs in the Abilene office, focusing on areas such as refugee resettlement, economic empowerment, education, youth, health, and food and agriculture initiatives. This role involves engaging with external audiences to raise awareness and support for IRC's work, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and maintaining sound fiscal management. The Deputy Director will work closely with the Executive Director and program supervisors to promote client success and program sustainability.
