About The Position
The Deputy Director of the Connector Program at HCAM will manage the day-to-day operations of the program, which provides outreach and enrollment assistance for health coverage in Maryland. This role involves overseeing a team of Enrollment Team Supervisors, collaborating with various partners, and ensuring that project performance measures are met. The Deputy Director will also represent the program in meetings, support staff development, and maintain expertise in health coverage eligibility and enrollment processes.
