The Deputy Director, Business Process Implementation – Build and Inspections, will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on modernizing and optimizing the Department of Buildings' core operations, with a specific focus on DOB NOW: Build and DOB NOW: Inspections. These systems are critical components of NYC’s efforts to streamline the construction approval and inspection lifecycle through end-to-end digital transformation. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of analysts to design and implement operational improvements, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure that all initiatives align with DOB’s regulatory, service delivery, and technology modernization goals.
