About The Position
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is recruiting to fill the exempt position of Deputy Commissioner, NS. Under the general direction of the Executive Deputy Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner will serve as the Director for the Division of Planning & Quality Management, establishing policies and procedures at the highest level and overseeing the Associate Commissioners for the Office of Hospital Care & Community Transitions and the Office of Quality Improvement, the Director for the Office of Planning, and five Field Office Directors. The Deputy Commissioner will serve as a member of the OMH Executive Team.
