About The Position
The Deputy Clerk (Grade 8) plays a key role in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment with frequent deadlines. This position is responsible for ensuring that the court's instructions are executed efficiently, and legal documents are prepared with accuracy and in full compliance with state and local policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone. The Deputy Clerk must also be capable of assisting and backing up other staff members as needed.
