About The Position
This LATERAL Deputy City Marshal recruitment is designed for certified peace officers with current or prior experience with a law enforcement agency in the performance of duties directly related to Category I Peace Officer standards. Service time must be within five years immediately preceding application with the City of Las Vegas. The position offers a 4-Day Work Week with 10 hour shifts and a paid lunch break. The starting salary ranges from $57,682 for one year of experience to $72,985 for seven years of experience, with a top pay of $92,350 for step 13. The role includes various benefits such as a Nevada PERS Pension, no Social Security deduction, and no state income tax.
