About The Position
The Department of Conservation and Recreation seeks applicants for a Deputy Chief of Strategic Operations - Program Manager VII to perform the following duties. The Deputy Chief for Strategic Operations plays a crucial role in the leadership team for the Division of Design and Engineering. The Division is comprised of over 140 staff representing various professional disciplines including civil, structural, environmental, coastal, mechanical, traffic, electrical engineers, surveyors, licensed site professionals, material testing experts, project managers, park and greenway planners, landscape architects, and administrative support staff. The Deputy Chief will assist the Chief of Design and Engineering in achieving the Administration's goals for the agency.
