You thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to turn ambiguous situations into forward progress. You quickly absorb context, spot what matters most, and push work ahead. The work changes often, and that’s what keeps you energized and engaged. You’re organized and thoughtful, and you can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You communicate clearly, follow through, and people trust you to handle sensitive or high-stakes work. You don’t need a perfectly defined role to do your best work. You’re happy to support leaders, take ownership of projects, and jump in wherever you’re most needed, which runs the gamut of day-to-day administrative needs of the executive office to strategic planning to investor relations. The leadership support team is small, trusted, and nimble. Today, it’s a team of one: the Chief of Staff, working directly with the leadership team and many other stakeholders across the company. This team operates wherever the business needs help most. That might mean leading a cross-functional project, supporting fundraising processes, diving into a messy process, or stepping in to move something forward when there’s no obvious owner. As Deputy Chief of Staff, you’ll be a true partner to the Chief of Staff and a direct support to the leadership team. You’ll take on high-leverage work across the company, adapt quickly as priorities shift, and help leaders stay focused on what matters. You’ll also manage administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone who likes solving different problems, is comfortable jumping into new situations, and measures success by the impact they have.
